Yesway: Custom Freestanding Foam Logo Display

A 4-foot circular brand display, commissioned directly by Yesway. Bart Creative Studio developed the concept, fabricated and finished the display, then packed and shipped it to Fort Worth, Texas.

From brand artwork to a physical display

This project turned the Yesway brand mark into a freestanding dimensional logo. Rather than a flat printed panel, the display combines a shaped foam body with separately cut PVC letters and rays. The circular body was hard-coated and painted in the brand colors before the raised details were attached.

1. Concept development

We first created a visual mockup to show the logo as a freestanding display, including its circular format, raised lettering and base. The rendering below is a design concept, not a photograph of the finished piece. The as-built specifications are listed above.

2. Foam shaping and logo preparation

3. Hardcoat, paint and raised PVC details

After cutting the foam circle, we applied hardcoat and painted the body in Yesway's brand colors. The letters and rays were cut from ½-inch PVC, painted and attached to create the raised logo. The finished circle was mounted on a white PVC base made from 1-inch material.

4. Packing and shipping to Texas

Once fabrication and assembly were complete, we packed the display and shipped it to Fort Worth, Texas. The project shows how a custom dimensional brand display can be fabricated in our Florida workshop for a client in another state.
