Simplify Connect: Custom Conference Logo in Orlando
A large-scale dimensional foam logo with clear acrylic supports, fabricated and installed by Bart Creative Studio at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort.
Bart Creative Studio fabricated and installed a freestanding Simplify Connect logo for the Simplify Group conference at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando, Florida, on September 30, 2026. The final approved design measured 262 inches wide by 84 inches high — approximately 21 feet 10 inches by 7 feet.
The brief went beyond making large letters. The two lines of text needed to stay vertically centered with the circular multicolor emblem, preserving the proportions of the original brand artwork. Clear acrylic supports created a floating visual effect while a white, 1-inch-thick PVC base unified the installation.
The indoor display combined dimensional EPS foam elements with acrylic supports and brand-color finishes. Workshop assembly photographs show the progression from individual foam letters and segmented base components to the complete conference logo. A separate removable TM element was included so that this detail could be changed without rebuilding the main sign.
Our scope included custom fabrication, delivery and on-site assembly. The finished installation brought the conference identity into the venue at a scale suited to event entrances, branded photo opportunities and corporate gatherings.
