Custom Multi-Layer Foam & PVC Sign for Alive College
Orlando, Florida | Custom fabrication, finishing, mobility and delivery
Bart Creative Studio fabricated a custom 5-by-4-foot freestanding dimensional sign for Alive College in Orlando, Florida. The 8-inch-deep structure was built from EPS foam and PVC, using layered construction to reproduce the college crest with crisp dimension and contrast. The completed piece received a custom black-and-white painted finish.
To make the large sign practical for use throughout the venue, we integrated caster wheels into the custom base, allowing staff to move and reposition it easily for lobby displays, auditorium programs and events. After fabrication and finishing, our team delivered the completed sign directly to the client in Orlando.

Its multi-layer structure combines EPS foam and PVC to recreate the church’s “Light It Up” crest with strong dimension, clean edges and highly visible graphic details.

The display combined a sculpted EPS foam body with dimensional PVC lettering and star details. A wide modular blue base supported the red circular frame, while the layered white graphics created strong depth and visibility in photographs. The entire structure was custom-painted in the organization’s red, white and blue brand colors.
